Here at Maison Cisson, we would have been crazy not to include something from Bordeaux and the South-West, for it’s a region that’s steeped in tradition. In Bordeaux, porcini mushrooms springs up like, well, mushrooms, and so that’s why we’ve knitted our very own version of this sausage with said Bordeaux fungi. The dry-cured sausage is a charcuterie classic. When you snack on a slice, it’ll make you want to host plenty of dinner parties with friends.

It’ll stand out wonderfully when hooked on the wall against a red and white gingham tea towel, adding a touch of inspiration to your dinner parties.
