We\u2019re rather fond of the saucisson d&#8217;Arles as it was the very first saucisson that <strong>MAISON CISSON<\/strong> made. And thanks to its creamy-beige coloured wool, it goes with any kitchen d\u00e9cor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MAISON CISSON<\/strong> has followed tradition to create a rather personal and unique knitted version of the saucisson d&#8217;Arles that\u2019s been tied up in the traditional way using white cotton kitchen string. Hung from a butcher\u2019s hook alongside a red and white gingham tea towel, it\u2019ll sure look the part in any kitchen!<\/p>\n<p>Originally from Bologna, the saucisson d\u2019Arles was imported to Arles in 1655 by an Arlesian butcher called Godart.
